Sample training plan: 3-day hands-on design
These are the three immersion days that follow the five online master sessions. Experienced trainers arrive with the draft of their own Train the Trainer program and spend the immersion turning it into something they can teach other trainers. They recast a tired topic, design activities and a simulation, work on voice and stage presence with theatre techniques, and practise facilitating a room of trainers. Day three is the hands-on competency assessment, where each participant runs a segment of their own program for certification.

Train the Trainer builds the skills to design and deliver training. Master Trainer Certification is the next step for experienced trainers: it prepares you to train other trainers and to design and run your own Train the Trainer workshops.
How is the Master Trainer Certification structured?
It is a blended program: five live online master sessions of three hours each, held weekly from 4 to 7 pm IST, followed by a three-day residential immersion in person that ends with a competency assessment and certification ceremony.
How much does the Master Trainer Certification cost?

How do I become a master trainer in India?
Most master trainers in India follow three steps: build a base as a certified trainer (for example through a Train the Trainer certification), deliver training regularly for a few years, and then take a Master Trainer Certification that assesses whether you can train other trainers. Bodhih’s program ends with a hands-on competency assessment, so the certificate reflects what you can do, not just attendance.
Is this the same as NSDC’s Training of Master Trainers (ToMT)?
No. NSDC’s Training of Master Trainers is part of India’s government skilling framework and qualifies master trainers to run Training of Trainers batches for sector skill councils. Bodhih’s Master Trainer Certification is a corporate program for trainers, L&D professionals and coaches who design and deliver workplace learning and want to train other corporate trainers. Can I do the Master Trainer Certification online?
Partly. The five master sessions are live online, so you can join them from anywhere. The three-day immersion is in person, because the final competency assessment needs you to facilitate live in front of assessors and peers.
Can an organisation run the Master Trainer program in-house?
