The workshop gives a team two or three days of practice with a master trainer; the Pathway gives each person 2 to 30 weeks of structured practice at work, measured at the start and the end. First-Time Manager: From Expert to Leader is the full six-month Pathway (12 modules, 3 simulations, a 90-day team plan approved by your manager). Applied AI for First-Time Managers is a shorter, 16-hour Pathway on using AI assistants for a manager's weekly work. New managers usually start with the first and add the second once the basics are in place.
