Corporate training companies in Bangalore fall into four types: global leadership brands with local offices, technology upskilling firms headquartered in the city, specialist behavioural and trainer-certification firms, and experiential providers with venues near Bengaluru. The right choice depends on your goal, audience, delivery format and how you will measure change, not on a ranking.
How we put this guide together
This guide is published by Bodhih Training, a corporate training, trainer-certification and assessment company headquartered in HRBR Layout, Bengaluru. We are one of the providers described here, so we have tried to be transparent about how the guide works.
We do not rank providers. We group them by type, list them alphabetically within each type, and include Bodhih inside its own category like everyone else.
Every description of another company is based only on what that company says on its own public website, as we read it in October 2026. We link to each site so you can check for yourself. To be included, a company's own site had to show a Bengaluru office or headquarters, or explicitly market corporate training in Bangalore. If a website would not load for us, or did not mention Bangalore, we left that company out, so a missing name is not a judgement.
We used the same four criteria as our India-wide guide:
- Provider type: how the company is set up to deliver learning.
- Stated focus: the skills and audiences the company says it serves.
- Delivery model: in person, live virtual, blended, self-paced or offsite.
- Bengaluru presence: what the company's own site says about Bangalore.
We have not made negative claims about any provider. Where a company describes itself with its own numbers, we say that the claim is the company's own.
Why Bengaluru buyers have specific needs
Bengaluru's employer mix shapes what L&D teams ask for. IT services firms, global capability centres (GCCs), startups, BFSI operations and back offices, and biotech and life sciences companies all hire heavily in the city, and many run large cohorts of new managers and technical staff.
- A Nasscom–Zinnov study reported by ThePrint in September 2024 counted more than 1,700 GCCs in India and said Bengaluru continues to lead GCC setups. It also said Bengaluru and the National Capital Region together account for 47% of the IT talent in India's GCC ecosystem (ThePrint).
- Zinnov and the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission's Karnataka Mid-Market GCC Report 2025 counts 230+ mid-market GCCs in Karnataka, nearly half of India's 480+ mid-market GCCs (Zinnov press release, September 2025).
- The same release says Bengaluru houses 50% of India's AI/ML talent within mid-market GCCs.
In practice, this means many Bengaluru briefs combine technical upskilling with first-time manager, stakeholder communication and cross-cultural skills for teams that work with global headquarters.

In-person or virtual in Bengaluru
Bengaluru's commute times are a real planning factor. Early starts often run late as people arrive, and asking teams in Whitefield, Electronic City and Hebbal to meet at one venue adds travel to the training day.
- Use in-person for behavioural skills that need practice and feedback, such as leadership, feedback conversations, negotiation and presentation skills. Run full days rather than several short sessions, start after peak traffic and keep batches at one campus where possible.
- Use live virtual for teams spread across campuses or cities, knowledge-heavy topics, and follow-up sessions in a learning journey. Shorter 2–3 hour sessions work better online.
- Use a blended design when you want the practice of a classroom with fewer days of travel.
Venue options: most in-house programs run at the client's office, which saves participant travel. Offsite resorts on the city's edge suit team and experiential work. For open certification batches, some providers use their own premises; Bodhih runs its Bangalore Train the Trainer batches at its HRBR Layout office.
How to choose: 8 questions to ask any provider
- How will you understand our needs before proposing anything? Ask whether a training needs analysis is part of the proposal.
- Who exactly will deliver, and are they based in Bengaluru? Ask for the named facilitator and their experience. Local facilitators make multi-batch rollouts easier to schedule.
- How much will be customised? Ask for a sample customisation, with client details removed.
- How will we measure impact? Ask which levels of evaluation the provider measures and whether it uses pre- and post-assessments; see our training evaluation workshop.
- Can you deliver across our campuses and cities with the same quality? Confirm who pays for travel if teams sit outside Bengaluru.
- Can we speak to a client with a similar need? Ideally a Bengaluru GCC, IT or BFSI client from the last two years.
- Who owns the materials? Licensed content usually limits internal reuse. If you want your own people to run the program later, consider a Train the Trainer route.
- What happens after the session? Ask about follow-ups, manager toolkits and 30-60-90 day check-ins.
Red flags
- A proposal arrives before anyone has asked about your goals or audience.
- The provider cannot name the facilitator, or swaps them after you sign.
- "Customised" content looks identical to the brochure.
- Success is measured only by an end-of-day feedback form.
- Guaranteed percentage outcomes with no baseline or method.
- Pricing that is unclear on GST, venue, travel, materials and assessments.
Frequently asked questions
Which companies offer corporate training in Bangalore?
Providers with a Bengaluru office or headquarters, or that market corporate training in the city, include Blanchard India, Bodhih Training, BYLD Group, CloudThat, Discovery Village, FranklinCovey South Asia, Ripples Learning and Simplilearn for Business. They differ by type: licensed leadership content, technology upskilling, customised behavioural training and experiential learning. There is no single best provider for every need.
How much does corporate training cost in Bangalore?
Costs depend on trainer seniority, customisation, duration, group size and format. Published industry estimates for in-house delivery in India run from about ₹25,000 to ₹3,00,000+ per day, and published open-program fees range from ₹12,000–₹17,000 plus GST for ISTD's three-day online trainer certification to ₹1,20,000 plus GST for a five-day IIM Bangalore program. See our corporate training cost guide for sources and a worked budget.
How do I choose a corporate training company in Bangalore?
Start with the outcome and the audience, decide which provider type fits, then shortlist three or four firms and give each the same brief. Compare facilitator credentials, customisation, measurement and follow-up, not just the day rate. A pilot batch at one Bengaluru campus is a low-risk way to test fit.
Is in-person or virtual training better for Bengaluru teams?
Both have a place. In-person suits skills that need practice, such as leadership and difficult conversations, ideally as full days that avoid peak traffic. Live virtual suits teams spread across campuses or cities and shorter follow-up sessions. Many programs combine the two.
Where are corporate training programs held in Bangalore?
Most in-house programs run at the client's own office or campus. Team and experiential programs often use resorts and venues on the city's edge. Open certification programs may run at a provider's own premises, such as Bodhih's HRBR Layout office for its Train the Trainer batches, or live online.
Is there train the trainer certification in Bangalore?
Yes. Bodhih runs a 4-day Train the Trainer program in Bangalore at its HRBR Layout office, and Ripples Learning markets a train-the-trainer certification in Bangalore. ISTD, a national professional society, runs a three-day online Certified Train The Trainer Program. Compare duration, practice time and how participants are assessed.
Which providers suit GCCs and IT companies in Bengaluru?
It depends on the need. For cloud, data and AI skills, technology firms such as CloudThat and Simplilearn for Business describe programs for technical teams. For first-time managers, communication and leadership, behavioural and leadership specialists are a closer fit. Many GCCs use both. See also corporate training in Bangalore.
Why does a training company publish a guide that includes its competitors?
Because buyers make better decisions with a fair map of the market. We disclose that Bodhih publishes this guide, place ourselves within our own category, list providers alphabetically and describe others only from their own websites.
