Middle Earth HR
Middle Earth HR's Certified Master Trainer & Facilitator is a three-month program, run live on Zoom or in a blended format. It combines a six-module facilitation curriculum, an e-learning technology certification and live training on AI tools, and the provider states that participants earn a SHRM-recognised certificate.
Protocol
Protocol offers Train the Trainer as personalised one-to-one coaching with a curriculum tailored to each participant, online or offline, covering presentation skills, leadership, critical conversations and problem-solving. It states that it issues an ISO-attested certificate.
Ripples Learning
Ripples Learning's Bangalore TTT certification page says the program covers the full ADDIE cycle, writing training proposals, evaluating training effectiveness and building trainer profiles, preparing participants for L&D roles or independent consulting. Ripples also offers HR and L&D certifications.
Global training bodies and course providers
ATD (Association for Talent Development)
The ATD Master Trainer Program is an 8-week blended course: three weeks of self-directed online work, a three-day live session held face to face or online, then reflection and a final project. Graduates receive the ATD Master Designation and professional development hours toward ATD's APTD and CPTD credentials.
Henry Harvin
Henry Harvin runs its Train the Trainer course as live online instructor-led training, with 24 hours of sessions plus doubt-solving, master sessions and self-paced content. It states that the certificate is recognised by the Government of India and NSDC and lists other affiliations including ISO 29990:2010.
The Knowledge Academy
The Knowledge Academy offers Train the Trainer online instructor-led, self-paced, in classrooms across Indian cities including Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai, and onsite. Participants receive a Train the Trainer certificate; the page does not name a third-party accrediting body.

Asian College of Teachers
Asian College of Teachers offers a Master Trainer Program titled Professional PG Diploma in Training Design, Delivery, Assessment and Evaluation, as a three-day full-time face-to-face workshop. It cites CPD Certification Service (UK) endorsement and other affiliations.
NIST (National Institute of Skill Training)
NIST's Soft Skills Train the Trainer program is taught online over 10 days and includes ready-to-use training modules, coaching and ongoing support. It lists, MSME registration and Quality Council of India membership among its credentials.
Government skilling frameworks
NSDC and MEPSC: Training of Master Trainers
The National Skill Development Corporation runs Training of Master Trainers with the Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC). Participants are assessed daily and need a minimum of 90% to pass; those who pass receive a joint certificate and become eligible to conduct Training of Trainers batches. MEPSC asks for graduates with five or more years of industry experience or an existing domain master trainer certification.
How to choose a Train the Trainer course
- Decide your goal first: a corporate training career, formalising skills you already use, training other trainers, or skilling-scheme work.
- Check the practice time: you should deliver and get feedback several times, not just watch.
- Ask how you are assessed: attendance-only certificates carry less weight than competency assessments.
- Check that the certificate can be verified by an employer or client.
- Read accreditation claims carefully: ask exactly what body recognises what.
