This one-day lab turns AI curiosity into safe, everyday use. Participants spend most of the day with the organisation's approved AI assistant open on their laptops, working on anonymised versions of their own tasks. They map which parts of their week suit AI, learn a simple prompt pattern, turn a messy meeting transcript into minutes, hunt for invented facts, practise masking sensitive data and build a reusable prompt for their role. They leave with a tested prompt library and three workflows ready for Monday.
