Training is never a “one size fits all” game. You might be addressing a group of participants in the same training room but everyone’s challenges are different. Bodhih has mastered the process of catering to individual challenges in a group while taking the whole group on a journey to a higher level of competence. Bodhih’s workshops are experiential and that also means that every individual is likely to be experiencing the workshop differently. Just being physically present in a particular environment itself makes you absorb what’s happening there better.
As human beings, we primarily absorb and process information through our senses and this is better done when our senses have direct access to what’s happening around us. This phenomenon is particularly clear in outbound training programs where the sheer presence of a person in a particular environment changes the way that person thinks and feels and that by itself could be a learning experience.
