Train the trainer course fees in India range from about ₹12,000 to ₹45,000 plus GST per participant for a published open workshop, depending on length, format and whether delivery is assessed. Bodhih's four-day in-person Train the Trainer certification is ₹40,000 plus GST per participant (USD 500 for international participants, non-residential); the ISTD's three-day online Certified Train The Trainer Program is ₹17,000 plus ₹3,060 GST for non-members and ₹12,000 plus GST for members (as listed in September 2026). In-house TTT batches for a company's own faculty are priced per batch, not per head, so the cost per trainer falls as the group grows. This page explains the published fees, what each includes, and how to compare them fairly.

Many providers, including Dale Carnegie India and most corporate training companies, do not publish TTT fees; ask for a written quote that states the number of days, the batch size cap and whether delivery is assessed.

02

What the Bodhih fee includes

  • Four days of facilitated learning with master trainers, maximum practice time per participant.
  • Two assessed practice deliveries with structured feedback and video review.
  • Course materials, templates (session plan, needs analysis, evaluation) and the trainer toolkit used in class.
  • The Bodhih Train the Trainer certificate, verifiable at bodhih.com/verify, with LinkedIn add-to-profile.
  • Lunch and refreshments on workshop days. Travel and stay are not included (non-residential).

GST at 18% applies to the published fee. Companies registered for GST can usually claim input credit.

In-house TTT for your own faculty: per batch, not per head

When a company certifies 10 to 20 subject-matter experts or managers as internal trainers, Bodhih runs a private batch at the company's site or online. Pricing is per batch after a short needs analysis, because the design is customised to the content those trainers will deliver. The per-head cost therefore falls as the batch grows up to the size that still allows every participant two assessed deliveries (about 16). Use the training cost calculator with 4 days and your batch size for a budget estimate from published per-day ranges.

04

How to compare TTT fees fairly

  1. Price per assessed delivery, not per day. A cheaper course where you never deliver and get feedback is not cheaper.
  2. Batch size cap. Practice time per person is what you are buying.
  3. Format. Online three-day courses cost less and suit theory; in-person four-day courses give rehearsal with a live audience.
  4. Who certifies. A certificate from a provider named in independent market reports (Technavio lists Bodhih among Train the Trainer vendors) carries more weight with employers than an unknown badge.
  5. After the course. Access to toolkits, a trainer community and the Master Trainer route matter if training will become your profession.
05

Is a TTT certification worth the fee?

For an internal trainer, the fee is recovered the first time a program is delivered in-house instead of bought: a single external training day costs ₹35,000 to ₹1.25 lakh in India (KnowledgeHut, 2026). For a freelance trainer, a day rate at the lower end of that range pays back a ₹40,000 fee in two working days; the certificate's value is in the first clients it helps win. Frequently asked questions

What is the fee for Bodhih's train the trainer course?

₹40,000 plus GST per participant for the four-day in-person open workshop; USD 500 for international participants, non-residential. Dates and registration are on the Train the Trainer page. In-house batches are quoted per batch.

What is the cheapest train the trainer certification in India?

Among published fees, the ISTD's three-day online program at ₹12,000 plus GST for members (₹17,000 plus GST for non-members) is the lowest widely recognised option as of September 2026. Compare it with a four-day assessed in-person course on practice time and feedback rather than on price alone.

Does the TTT fee include GST?

Published fees are quoted plus GST at 18%. Bodhih's ₹40,000 becomes ₹47,200 with GST; a GST-registered employer can usually claim the input credit.

Are there discounts for groups?

For three or more nominees from one organisation, Bodhih can quote a private in-house batch, which is usually more economical per head than open-workshop seats. Ask through the (/contact-2-1/).

Is there an online train the trainer certification?

Bodhih runs its certification in person for the practice-delivery component and offers live virtual batches on request for distributed cohorts. The ISTD program is fully online. For trainers who want to extend their skills online afterwards, Bodhih.org's Pathways include AI for trainers and facilitation-related courses.
