Siddharthan VGJ
Siddharthan VGJ is the founder of Bodhih Training Solutions, and has led the organisation since he started it in Bengaluru in 2008. With deep expertise in learning and development, general management, and organisational strategy, Siddharthan has built Bodhih into a trusted partner for corporate capability building across leadership, behavioural skills, communication, and assessment solutions.
A seasoned professional with a strong grounding in both corporate strategy and people development, Siddharthan blends business acumen with learning science to create programs that are practical, impactful, and aligned to real organisational needs. He also reviews Bodhih’s program pages and Insights articles (profile and editorial standards).
Beyond corporate training, Siddharthan is passionate about continuous learning, strategic thinking, and building communities of capable leaders.
