Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bodhih Training Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality training experiences. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all participants effectively, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Payment Terms
– Full payment (100%) is required at registration to confirm participation in the training/workshop.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled training/workshop: Eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.
Cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before the scheduled training/workshop: Eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training/workshop: No refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling & Nomination Transfer
– Participants may reschedule to the next available workshop or transfer their nomination to another participant within the same organization.
– Such requests must be made at least 7 days before the training/workshop date.
– Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance by Bodhih Training Solutions.

4. No-Show Policy
– Participants who fail to attend the training/workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
– In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), refund or rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bodhih Training Solutions.
