Live classes are closely aligned with the way people work and learn today and are much more comfortable and convenient when compared to the regular classroom training sessions. Online training and learning saves money all the way round. It reduces costs and increases the flexibility to learn. It offers a highly adaptive, effective and continuous learning model whereas classroom trainings are based on a relatively rigid learning model. Online training allows learners to get trained in their fields with minimal disruption to productivity. Just because they are live classes it doesn’t mean that there is a problem in the engagement of participants especially among professionals who already have dozens of factors competing for their attention in the classroom. When it comes to engaging learners who are unmotivated and think they already know everything they need to know or can’t clearly see how training will benefit them, live virtual delivery is the critical interface that elevates training from being merely informational to being truly transformational.
