Siddharthan VGJ is the visionary founder behind Bodhih Training Solutions, steering the organisation’s journey since its inception in 2007. With deep expertise in learning and development, general management, and organisational strategy, Siddharthan has built Bodhih into a trusted partner for corporate capability building across leadership, behavioural skills, communication, and assessment solutions.
A seasoned professional with a strong grounding in both corporate strategy and people development, Siddharthan blends business acumen with learning science to create programs that are practical, impactful, and aligned to real organisational needs. Under his leadership, Bodhih has celebrated milestones like its 15-year anniversary, reflecting sustained growth, industry trust, and long-standing client relationships.
