## What moves the number most

1. **Batch size.** In-house programs are priced per day, so cost per head falls as the batch grows. Practice quality falls past about 20 to 24 people for skills programs, so the saving has a limit.
2. **Trainer level and customisation.** The published ranges span almost tenfold. A generalist delivering a standard deck sits at the bottom; a specialist designing scenarios from your own calls, cases and data sits at the top. Pay for customisation on the few programs where behaviour change moves a business number.
3. **Delivery mode.** Live virtual removes travel and venue costs and usually runs in shorter blocks; it does not reduce facilitation fees much.
4. **Measurement.** Pre- and post-assessments are a small line (the worked example uses ₹250 per test; [AssessAll](https://www.assessall.com/store?utm_source=bodhih.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=free_check&utm_content=cost-calculator) sells credits at ₹30 each, pay-as-you-go) that turns a training spend into evidence.

Published 2026 estimates range from ₹25,000 per day for virtual delivery by a generalist to ₹3,00,000 and above for a specialist program. ### Why does Bodhih not publish a per-day price?

Because the inputs that drive cost (customisation, format, cities, assessments, duration) differ for every client, and a flat rate would either overcharge simple programs or under-resource complex ones. ### Does the estimate include venue and participant time?

No. Venue, meals, participant travel and the cost of time away from work are internal costs and vary too much to estimate here. Add them to the total for a full cost of ownership.
