## Why Saudi organisations need strong in-house trainers

Vision 2030's Human Capability Development Program aims to align skills with the job market and localise high-skilled jobs by qualifying and training citizens. For employers, that means a steady flow of graduates and new hires who need structured, practical training.

External courses alone cannot carry that load. A [train the trainer certification](https://bodhih.com/train-the-trainer-certification/) in Saudi Arabia helps you turn experienced engineers, supervisors and specialists into trainers who can pass on know-how to the next generation of Saudi talent.

> The Human Capability Development Program includes 89 initiatives aimed at 16 direct strategic objectives.

## The Saudi business landscape: Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province

Riyadh is the Kingdom's finance and corporate centre, with the King Abdullah Financial District and Olaya home to banks, multinationals and government-linked companies. Jeddah's Red Sea port drives trade, logistics, maritime and construction, while Dammam and Al Khobar in the Eastern Province anchor oil and gas, energy and industrial manufacturing.

In each region, trainers face different needs: graduate development schemes in Riyadh, frontline and logistics teams in Jeddah, and technical and safety instruction in the Eastern Province. Our [train the trainer](https://bodhih.com/train-the-trainer/) certification in Saudi Arabia shapes practice topics around your sites and the people your trainers will teach.

Bodhih has no office in Saudi Arabia. Our master trainers travel from Bengaluru to deliver at your premises or a hired venue, or run the program [live virtual](https://bodhih.com/live-virtual-classes/). The Kingdom is two and a half hours behind India, so a 9:00 am start in Riyadh is 11:30 am for our team.

## Sample training plan: 4-day hands-on design

This four-day certification takes participants through the whole training cycle, and they practise every stage on a topic of their own. They read client requirements, design a module, build a facilitator guide and handouts, deliver to peers, handle difficult moments and measure whether learning happened. Delivery practice starts on day one and grows each day. On day four each participant delivers a filmed demo training with real-time feedback and video analysis, then completes the final assessment for the Certificate of Competence.

## How we deliver it

### Demonstrate, practise, review

Participants see a technique modelled, practise it themselves and review what worked with the [master trainer](https://bodhih.com/master-trainer-certification/).

### Site-relevant scenarios

Examples reflect your operations, from control rooms and warehouses to branch banking and corporate offices.

### Respectful group climate

Sessions are paced to suit local working patterns and encourage participation from every level of experience.

### Reusable outputs

Each participant leaves with a designed session plan they can deliver back at work.

## Tailored versions

### For energy and industrial companies

A stronger focus on technical instruction, safety-critical steps and on-the-job skill checks in the Eastern Province.

### For graduate and localisation programs

Built for mentors and trainers who guide young Saudi professionals through structured development journeys.

### Live virtual across the Kingdom

Shorter sessions scheduled within a Sunday to Thursday working week for teams spread across several cities.

## How we measure impact

We measure impact with the evaluate stage of ADDIE. Participants can take pre and post assessments on AssessAll, Bodhih's AI assessment platform, and their teach-backs are scored against an observation rubric. Line managers take part in check-ins to plan where each trainer will deliver first. At 30, 60 and 90 days we review sessions delivered, learner feedback and any skill checks your trainers have run with their own teams.

Pair this program with [AssessAll](https://assessall.com), Bodhih’s AI assessment platform, for pre- and post-program skill measurement.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I get a train the trainer certificate in Saudi Arabia?

Complete a structured program that includes a practical assessment. With Bodhih, you attend the recommended four-day program at your organisation's venue or live virtual, deliver an observed teach-back and receive a certificate once you meet the standard. Employers can confirm it on our verify page.

### Is the certification accepted in Saudi Arabia?

Bodhih's Train the Trainer program is ranked among the global top 7 in the Train the Trainer market by London-based research firm Technavio. The certificate is issued by Bodhih and is not a Saudi government accreditation. If your organisation needs a specific local approval, check with Bodhih before booking so we can be clear about what we can provide.

### Can HRDF or other Saudi funds pay for this program?

We do not claim eligibility for HRDF or any other Saudi government funding. Rules and approved-provider lists are set locally and change over time. If funding is important to your decision, please check with Bodhih early and confirm the position with the funding body directly.

### Can the program run during Ramadan?

Yes, with adjustments. Many organisations prefer shorter days during Ramadan, so we can spread the content over more sessions or switch to live virtual blocks that fit reduced working hours. We agree timings with you in advance so participants can focus and still complete the teach-back.

### How long is the train the trainer course?

We recommend four days in person for full certification. A three-day focused version and a two-day short-term version are available for teams with tighter schedules. Live virtual cohorts cover the same content across shorter sessions, and every design is customised to your trainers and topics.

### Is the program delivered in Arabic?

The program is delivered in English by Bodhih's Bengaluru-based master trainers. Participants can design their own practice sessions in the language they will actually teach in, and we give feedback on structure, activities and facilitation. Please mention language needs when you enquire so we can plan the cohort well.
