Technology Training Workshops

Bodhih offers Technology Training to prepare professionals to meet the expanding technical requirements in the market and ensure they stay upgraded. Technology Training provides IT professionals with the ability to enhance their knowledge and gain expertise in advanced technologies.

## What participants will be able to do

### Close specific skill gaps

Teams gain the exact technical skills their current and upcoming projects need, identified through a pre-program needs analysis.

### Work hands-on from day one

Participants practise in guided labs and exercises that mirror the tools and workflows they use at work.

### Adopt modern engineering practices

Teams learn current practices such as version control, automated testing, CI/CD and cloud-native design in the context of their stack.

### Move faster on new platforms

Engineers become productive sooner when a project moves to a new language, framework or cloud service.

### Build a shared technical vocabulary

Developers, testers, operations and business analysts leave with a common understanding that reduces hand-off friction.

### Measure what was learnt

Pre and post assessments show managers where capability has grown and where follow-up support is still needed.

## Sample training plan: 4-day hands-on design

This sample shows how a Bodhih technology program is built around hands-on labs. A needs analysis and baseline assessment set the stack and depth; here, a GCC application team is moving a monolithic claims application to containers, CI/CD and a managed cloud platform. Developers, testers and operations engineers work in labs from day one, containerise the app, build a pipeline with automated tests, deploy, observe and troubleshoot realistic failures. The capstone is a small working deployment presented to engineering managers, followed by individual next-step reports.

78% hands-on practice · 27 contact hours · Cohort: 10–20 participants, each with a lab environment · In person · Live virtual

### Day 1: Concepts, architecture and first containers

Participants can explain the target architecture and run the application in containers on their laptops.

Sample design: 4 days in person (09:30–17:30) after a skills needs analysis, or 8 × 3.5-hour live virtual sessions; the stack, tools and length are set per program. Shown here for a team moving an application to containers and CI/CD on the cloud. A sample design: every Bodhih program is customised after a short needs analysis.

### How long is technology training for IT teams?

Duration is set after a skills needs analysis. A typical design is four days of hands-on labs, 09:30 to 17:30, or eight live virtual sessions, with a capstone on the last day. Shorter focused workshops and longer onboarding programs are also designed for specific stacks and teams.

### What activities are included in technology training for IT teams?

Programs are built around labs. In this sample, participants containerise a claims application, harden images, build a CI pipeline with test gates, deploy to a managed cloud platform, fix injected production failures and deliver a small feature end to end in a capstone presented to engineering managers.

## When to choose this

✓**A project is moving to a new language, platform or cloud and the team needs to ramp up quickly**✓**New joiners need structured technical onboarding before they join delivery teams**✓**Managers see recurring quality or delivery issues linked to a skills gap**

## Frequently asked questions

### What is corporate technology training?

Corporate technology training is structured learning that an organisation arranges for its technical staff, built around the tools and projects they actually work on. Unlike public courses, it can be customised to the team's stack, skill level and deadlines. Bodhih designs each program with the ADDIE model and includes hands-on labs, so participants practise rather than only listen.

### Which technology training programs does Bodhih offer?

Bodhih runs programs across Android development, .NET, Java, Python, web technologies, testing, DevOps, cloud computing, networking, big data, machine learning, information security, MicroStrategy, Agile and Scrum, and ITIL-based service management. Each program is customised to the client's stack and the team's current level, so the final outline is agreed with you before delivery.

### Can technology training be delivered online?

Yes. Bodhih delivers technology programs live virtual as well as in person. Virtual programs are usually split into shorter sessions over more days, with cloud-based labs so participants can practise from their own machines. The trainer can review work, answer questions and run breakout exercises in real time, which keeps the sessions practical.

### How long does a technical training program take?

It depends on the topic and the depth required. Awareness programs can run for one day, while developer programs such as Android, DevOps or cloud typically run from three to five days. Longer programs, such as full-stack Java, can extend over several weeks. Bodhih recommends a duration after the needs analysis and customises it to your schedule.

### How do you measure the impact of IT training for employees?

Bodhih uses the Evaluate phase of the ADDIE model. Participants take a baseline assessment and a post-program assessment, and trainers review lab and project work against clear criteria. Where useful, assessments can run on AssessAll, Bodhih's AI assessment platform. Managers receive a summary of progress and suggested next steps for each participant.

### How much does technology training for IT teams cost?

Bodhih quotes technology training per batch after a skills needs analysis, because the topic, depth, duration, lab environments, cohort size, format and travel change the cost. Awareness programs may run one day, while developer programs typically run three to five days. For published market reference points, see Bodhih's guide to corporate training cost in India.
