A key account management learning journey is a 6 month program in which account managers build and execute real account plans while developing KAM skills. It combines an account and skills diagnostic, KAM labs, live account planning, stakeholder mapping, coaching, deal and renewal reviews, master classes and a post-assessment tied to account growth.

## Sample workshop plan: 4 workshop days, hands-on

These are the lab days inside the key account management journey, and every one of them works on each participant's own priority account. Lab 1 builds the account plan on a page, from white space to risks. Lab 2 maps stakeholders, sharpens value for executives and rehearses a real quarterly business review. Lab 3 prepares a live renewal negotiation and the internal alignment behind it. The journey closes with each account manager defending their account's growth story to sales leadership.

A 4-month (Focused) to 6-month (Complete) journey with three full-day in-person labs (09:30–17:30) in Months 1, 2 and 3 and a half-day account review in Month 6, woven between live account work, coaching, deal clinics and master classes. ### How long are the workshops in the key account management learning journey?

The journey runs over 4 to 6 months with three full-day labs, from 09:30 to 17:30, in months 1, 2 and 3, and a half-day account review with sales leadership at the end. Labs can also run as live virtual sessions of about three and a half hours for account teams across regions.

Everything works on a real priority account.
