Enjoyable learning denotes learning experiences which support participants in a way that the learning process becomes enjoyable.

Enjoyable learning is a learning experience in which participants tailor exercises and assignments to their own needs, interests and goals, so learning becomes enjoyable and fruitful. Participants stop depending on a set time, place or monitor. Engagement rises when learners present ideas they are passionate about, using experiential tools such as games, podcasts, videos, blogs, music and film.

Enjoyable learning denotes learning experiences which support participants in a way that the learning process becomes enjoyable and thereby fruitful. The enjoyment spoken of here comes as a result of freedom from constraints and is fueled by exercises and assignments that the participants themselves tailor according to their own needs, interests, and goals. When learning becomes enjoyable, the participants are no longer dependent on a time, place or a person to monitor and learning becomes a part of the their everyday activities. A good way of deriving maximum engagement of participants is through making them present their ideas on topics they are extremely passionate about where the central creator of the topic is the learner himself or herself – the necessary tools, materials, methods based on his or her needs, abilities, and goals.

The tools and materials are experiential – games, podcasts, videos, blogs, music, film. The participant learns in tandem with his or her needs and an instructor trained in the enjoyable learning process is able to guide him.
